Returns

You have the right to withdrawl from your purchase – return goods with a full refund – or exchange size of products during a period of 14 days after you have received the products. In order to return or exchange size of a product, use the digital return form accessible below. Please state the reason for returning the product. After submitting the return form you will receive an email with a reference number for the return. Print the email and enclose it in the package. If you don’t have the possibility to print the document, please enclose a paper clearly stating the reference number for the return in the package.
